IDEAS: Fun Folds with Ocean Friends

Hi friends! Thanks for joining us on another IDEAS Blog Hop adventure! April's theme is Fun Folds. I love it when I learn a new fold, and there are several in here that I want to try!!

Here is a collage with some sneak peeks of the tutorial projects:

My project is a secret until you open the bundle. But I won't leave you without something. Here is a cute card using the same suite elements as in my tutorial project. Consider it a bonus project...

Love the Ocean Friends Suite! And the colors in the DSP are so vivid with amazing patterns! Unfortunately, the suite is on the Last Chance list, so get it while you can!! I also snuck in some stamps from the Otterly Amazing stamp set that also happens to be on the Last Chance list too.

Are you curious to see what is in the bundle?!
There are three options to acquire our IDEAS tutorial bundle:

1. Place a $35 order with my online host code, P2YK4ZBE, or click here.

Inspire Create Share Blog Hop: Online Exclusives

Hi friends! Did you know that Stampin' Up! has a whole line of products that cannot be seen in any catalog? They are called Onine Exclusives and new ones come out every 2 months. They are only available while supplies last. So, if you see something you love, get it while you can! They could last a while or be sold out in a couple of weeks. Don't take a chance and miss out.

The ICS Blog team will be showing you some fun projects using the Online Exclusives.

I am using some new product from the Botanical Textures Suite. The stamps set has natural looking stamps, and there are 2 different Designer Series Papers with this suite. But what I liked best of all is the Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder!

Here is my card, it uses the stamps and the embossing folder:

I also threw in the twine from a new suite called On the Go....it features one of the new, or more like returning In-Colors, Strawberry Slush. Were you a fan and happy it is returning?

If you haven't check out the Online Exclusives recently, or ever, do it now!!
Just got to www.stampinup.com and click one menu, then Online Exclusives to see the new ones, and the older ones that are still available too!!

Check out what the other demos used and what they did with them. Click on the list below to hop through with us!! Leave a comment if you see something you like! Thanks for joining us!

Until next time...

IDEAS Blog Hop: Stunning Scraps

Hi crafty friends! Welcome to the March Blog Hop. This month's theme is Stunning Scraps and is one of my favorite themes. I love to find new ways to use those scraps up, especially the Designer Series Paper (DSP) scraps. If you like these too, then grab a cuppa', sit back and watch the show!

Here is a collage showing some snippets of some of the completed projects:

The IDEAS Creative Team is made up of demonstrators from all over the globe. Check out our logo for all the countries. We love creating for you! This bundle is filled with inspiration from 13 global demonstrators. It is over 60 pages of scrappy stamping and has over 20 projects for you to CASE!

You all know my projects are secret, but I love to show you alternatives! Call it a bonus project, if you will! This is using scraps from the Country Woods DSP. Don't you love all the wood textures?!

I did a mosaic technique and a quilted star technique for the bundle projects. You are going to have to get the bundle to see those though! Here is how you can get it!

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities: Hello Spring

Hello friends! Welcome to the February Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! This month's kit exudes spring!!! Our last snow just melted, so lots of people are hoping spring is just around the corner!

We love Paper Pumpkin and love to show you alternate projects with the contents of the kit whether it be the stamps or other pieces of the kit.

Here are the cards as planned:

A lot of times I use the stamps and other Stampin' Up! product to show what can be done with the stamps, after the kit consumables are used up. But I also love to make boxes and bags with the card bases, and I haven't done that in a long time. So here is a cute treat bag using only contents of the kit, nothing else added.

I think this turned out adorable!

Side view:

I cannot wait to see what the other demos did with their kits. Hope you hop along with me and check them out too! Follow along with the list below:

Until next time...

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities: Hearts for You!

Hi friends! Welcome to the January Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop where we take the monthly kit and show you alternate projects using it! I love Paper Pumpkin, the kits are fun, and I love, love, love the surprise element of it!! Sometimes it is hard to make alternate projects cuz I love the kit the way it was created. But it is challenging to see what else can be done with the kits.

Here are the cards as they were designed:

I normally focus on the stamps and inks when making my alternate project. Since when all the consumables are gone, what else will you have left? I like to show what they can still be used for. This month I added another stamp set, and an embossing folder, and some dies.

Here is my card:

A close up of the details:

I used the Kiss of Texture Online Exclusive stamp set to get the designs on the little hearts. The Perennial Postage dies for the squares, and the Eyelet 3D embossing folder for the design on the squares. I love white on white, and clean, white spaces!!

Hope you like the card and have been inspired to try your kit in new ways. Hop on over to the next blog for more inspiration, by following the links on the list below!

Until next time...
